Using the Accessibility Toolbar

SCPL and Accessibility

As part of our Digital Accessibility Statement, Spartanburg County Libraries believes in accessibility for all. The Accessibility Toolbar, provided by Recite Me, is a cloud-based software solution that lets users - Ian doesn't know how to finish this.

By clicking the Accessibility & Language button at the top-right of the screen in desktop, or within the slide-out navigation menu on mobile, the toolbar will load and appear across the top of the page. There are many options to customize the way the website looks and feels, as well as tools such as a screen reader, magnifying glass, and translator built in.
